Stephen Ruszczyk worked as a teacher in Brooklyn high schools for several years, developing curricula and eventually training teachers. Over the past six years, he has shared many experiences with the Mexican community as he completes his dissertation on the coming of age of undocumented Mexican youth. This project is part of a continuing engagement with New York immigrant communities.
